History of Our Temple

2014

Sri Sri Sri Sideshwar Temple is dedicated to Lord Shiva in the form of a huge linga, his abstract aniconic representation. It is 2.7 m (3 ft) high, occupying a large area of the sanctum. It is one of the largest monolithic linga sculptures in Bangalore.It has a Large Nandi inside the temple premises. Both Shivalinga and the Nandi was installed on Tuesday the 27th Day of January, 2014 and was inaugurated by our honourable ex Prime Minister Sri HD Devegowda.
